Saved by the Jacket

Boat crew members from Coast Guard Station Kenosha pose with the two men they rescued, Friday, July 14, 2017 at Waukegan Harbor, Illinois. The two men were rescued from the water after their bass boat sank while on a fishing trip.

“The second person had his life jacket on backwards and was holding his cell phone above his head to keep it dry while treading water.”
